Leslie Archila

Born in Los Angeles and growing up in Guatemala, Leslie earned her degree in Interior Design from the Universidad del Istmo. After college, she opened D-Estilo, a showroom and design studio in Guatemala City where her successes grew her client base and added projects to her substantial portfolio. Upon Leslie's 2010 arrival in Baltimore, she accepted the position as Su Casa’s lead designer. Over the last decade while performing this management role, Leslie’s responsibilities also included designing the stores’ layouts and vignettes, curating upholstered furniture, case goods and rugs, and the selection of vendors. Leslie has established her reputation for interior design through her work with her client base throughout the Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and DC areas. Her work can be found in the homes of clients in New York City and as far north as Maine, and extending south to Florida. She specializes in floor plan development, decor setup, space planning, color and finish consulting, furniture design, furniture and material selection, project management, 3D renderings, and home staging. To keep abreast of the latest design trends and offerings, she routinely attends the largest furniture trade shows in the country.

Brenda Beatty

Brenda came to Su Casa in the spring of 2018 as the Lead Designer at the company’s Ocean View, Delaware store. Prior to her career in design, Brenda worked in the Ophthalmology field. But, her heart was always in design and she decided to follow her dream and embark on a new career path. After completing her Interior Design degree, Brenda worked in the kitchen, bath and commercial design field. However, the residential design was her real passion, and she eventually owned and operated Designs, etc., in Morgantown, West Virginia before relocating to the Delaware area. Brenda brings over a decade of Interior Design experience to Su Casa and her experience, patience and a passion for her trade are displayed in all of her designs. She approaches each and every client project as if it is her own. She believes there is nothing more personally satisfying than creating a design for a client’s particular space which balances personal taste with style, beauty, and functionality.
