Su Casa Furniture proudly employs talented interior designers and decorators who work to fully understand your vision and help you make the right home-furnishing decisions. In addition to product knowledge, our on-staff Interior Designers will go one step further in helping you balance your space, lifestyle, tastes, and budget. We can all use a second opinion or advice when it comes to a big decision like choosing home furnishings. We'd like to introduce you to our Lead Designers:

Leslie Archila

Leslie serves Baltimore, Maryland and the surrounding area. Please contact leslie@esucasa.com to arrange an appointment.

Born in Los Angeles and having grown up in Guatemala, Leslie earned her degree in Interior Design from the Universidad del Istmo. Upon Leslie's 2010 arrival in Baltimore, she accepted the position as Su Casa’s Lead Designer. Over the last decade, while performing this management role, Leslie’s responsibilities also included designing the stores’ layouts and vignettes, curating upholstered furniture, case goods and rugs, and the selection of vendors. Leslie has established her reputation for interior design through her work with her client base throughout the Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and DC areas. She specializes in floor plan development, decor setup, space planning, color and finish consulting, furniture design, furniture and material selection, project management, 3D renderings, and home staging. To keep abreast of the latest design trends and offerings, she routinely attends the largest furniture trade shows in the country.

Rachel Pluznik

Rachel serves Ocean View, Delaware and the surrounding area. Please contact rachel@esucasa to arrange an appointment or swing by and visit with her in-store.

Born and raised in Maryland, Rachel spent every summer in Bethany Beach, so she's no stranger to the area even as a newer member to the Su Casa family. She graduated from College of Charleston in South Carolina with a major in Historic Preservation and Community Planning and a minor in Urban Studies; and as to not slow down, is obtaining a Certificate of Interior Design from the New York Institute of Art and Design. Rachel specializes in 3-D renderings, paint colors, tile selections, and creating unified designs for any space. For her, being hired as someone's designer is more than just a job, it’s a relationship with each client. She enjoys working to bring beauty and balance into a house, making it a home.
